Shaykh Yasir Butt Naqshbandi

Shaykh Yasir is an American Islamic scholar, educator, and speaker recognized for combining traditional scholarship with contemporary leadership. Grounded in sacred knowledge from a young age, he is active in daʿwah, interfaith engagement, and community development.

With multinational scholarly training, he holds multiple ijazaat in ʿAlimiyyah and authorizations in numerous classical books of Hadith through authentic chains of transmission. He also holds ijazah in Tasawwuf from Shaykh Dr. Nadeem Qureshi Naqshbandi, formally authorizing him in the path of spiritual purification (tazkiyah) and suluk.

Professionally, he serves as a pharmaceutical director—demonstrating that excellence in deen and dunya can go hand in hand—while continuing his advanced spiritual training and service to the Muslim community.
